We can only do this with your help – by listening to you on a regular basis; by asking you for your experiences and feedback and by continuing to work alongside you to make sure services are the best they can be.

If you'd like to put your name forward to get involved in future consultations, please email our Communications Team at neeccg.comms@nhs.net. The team will then get in touch as soon as an opportunity arises.

Accessibility options to help you get involved

In north east Essex we want to involve people from our community to make our local healthcare services the best they can be.

To help ensure all members of the public are able to get involved, at the top of each of our web pages is the Browsealoud tool.

The Browsealoud tool can present our website's content in a variety of different formats. This includes reading the written content of each page out loud, in either English, or translated into a chosen language. It can also display pictures related to the text you select, enlarge text, remove visual clutter, and more.

This tool also works on PDF files, such as our Board papers, Annual Report and Health Forum Committee papers.

To get started, select the Browsealoud icon (displayed below) to open the toolbar and click the question mark icon for a full list of options.

Help attending public meetings

All of our public meetings are held on the ground floor and rooms are fitted with a hearing loop. If you think you'll need an interpreter or sign language interpreter, please do get in touch with us at least two weeks in advance of the meeting. You can email your request to NEECCG.enquiries@nhs.net.

Need some additional help?
