Women are encouraged to join the Community 360 ladies’ group for a session with a special focus this month – women’s health issues.

Kimberley Regan, senior physiotherapist at Ipswich Hospital, will talk about pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, and health in pregnancy, at the One Colchester Shop on Thursday, 21 February, 11am-12pm.

Attendees will be able to ask Kimberley questions about pelvic floor issues and pain in pregnancy over a cup of tea.

There will also be the opportunity to share feedback about health and care in Colchester and Tendring with North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, to help shape the future of services in the area for the NHS Long Term Plan.

In addition, there will be a selection of literature to share about women’s health topics.

Kimberley said: “I’m delighted to be able to talk to the ladies about these important – and often not spoken about – health issues.

“I’m passionate about supporting women to live well.”

INFORMATION: The One Colchester Shop is located at Unit 81, Culver Street East, CO1 1LF (next to Primark). You do not need to book ahead or already be a member of the ladies’ group to attend.
